June Reflections
Editor's Note: This post, which is really collection of 6 individual articles on life coaching, was originally published on [July 3, 2025] at hyphenatedhomestead.com during the early launch of mPath Services. As we've grown and expanded into our dedicated website, we've curated some of our foundational content to share with our new audience. This piece represents the early vision and values that continue to guide our work today.
Well, this is becoming a bit of a habit – pausing to look back on the month, picking out the small lessons hiding in plain sight. I’ve always wondered what it would feel like to actually journal like this, to spot my own patterns. Now I’m doing it, and honestly? I’m kind of hooked. None of it was planned extensively, it kind of evolved.
Clearing the Big Boulders (and Some Tiny Ones)

We started the month talking about those “too big to fail, too big to nail, too big to jail” moments, the heavy ideas and outdated systems we tiptoe around instead of challenging. Sometimes they’re projects, sometimes roles, sometimes old stories about ourselves.
Then came a softer post on clearing the cache. The kind of subtraction that doesn’t need explanation. Just a quiet: “This isn’t serving me anymore.”
Facing Change (Because It’s Coming Anyway)
Explore: The Change We Resist
We dove into why AI makes some people twitchy, why we cling to the known, and how the change curve shows up in our lives beyond any tech headlines. Change isn’t always dramatic. Sometimes it’s as simple (or hard) as staying curious instead of cynical.
Listening to That Inner Nudge
Read: When Your Heart Knows Before Your Head Does
Then we explored something quieter; the idea that your heart knows before your head does. It’s not magic. It’s experience + awareness + maybe a touch of your own spirituality, all blending into intuition.
A Little Pivot (And a Lot of Queen)
Watch: mPath Studio on YouTube | Laugh: Queen
June brought new experiments: launching podcast-style videos on my brand-new YouTube channel with playlist called mPath Studio. Slow, deliberate, not for the algorithm, just another way to reach whoever needs these reflections.
And that happy, nostalgic dance break with Rani in Queen. Because sometimes you don’t want strategy. You just want to smile and say, “Vijay nahi hai to kya hua — Vijayalaxmi to hai!”
Your Turn
Take this from June:
What’s weighing you down that’s overdue for an edit?
Where could you stay open to change instead of shutting the door?
What tiny inner voice deserves more airtime than your inner critic?
Thanks for reading along this June.
See you in July.
